This is a good sign for outdoor use, just what I was looking for but it's too light. A small breeze knocked him off his feet the first time he used it. So the base can be filled with water or sand to provide weight to keep it upright. However, don't buy it if you need to move it. The stand does not screw into the base. So if you try to move it by lifting it, the base will fall off immediately. Also, there's no handle to lift the base, so you'll have to bend down to the floor to pick it up and hold it against your body unless you're carrying it with both hands. It then takes two flights to move it. What a poorly designed product: how about screwing a pole into the base? Shame on you, Safko. I'm still debating whether to keep it or send it back.
