Good goal. as long as it suits your space. The 50" wide gate has 2 extensions: one has 2 extensions, the other has 4 extensions. Our corridor is 47 inches long: adding only 4 extensions is too narrow, adding 2 extra extensions makes it too wide. I called support they said i would have to buy a new item (a 3rd extension size) to make the gate they are misleading as they advertise the gate as adjustable from 29" to 50". They should be 29 OR 50". write broadly, nothing in between!
