Great way to keep track of benefits and info for all your staff
The system allows me not only access my employee data but also that information from other employees in our organization as well! I am able navigate through this software easily because it's very user friendly!! There are many things we can do better such adding new features like time off requests or vacation scheduling etc., however everything else has been great so far.
It really helps us stay organized without having paper files everywhere which makes life easier especially since there will be more people coming into work soon (we have 3 open houses).
Pros
- We just recently switched to Omnichannel HR for payroll management, Payroll Portal & Timekeeping services
- no headaches :)
Cons
- Sometimes certain tasks aren't automatically saved after completing them
