Review on Powerful EVERYBOT Edge Mocha Smart Robot Mop - Autonomous Dual Motor Hard Floor Cleaner with Remote Control". by Tony Chandler

I've had it for a little over a month, I need to update my review. The honeymoon is definitely over. This morning I used the mopping robot for the fifth or sixth time. The plug on one of the water tanks literally fell off completely while the mop was working in the living room and water ran all over the floor and seeped into the carpet. I can't find the cork and I hope my dog doesn't find it first and choke on it. The returns window only closed last week, but luckily it's always such a pleasure working with Revain that I got to return it anyway. This experience is very disappointing as initially I was very happy with the performance of the gadget. Below is my first review but I no longer find the quality or durability of this item very good as the cork only lasted a little over a month before breaking off. but since the pandemic started my housekeeper has stopped cleaning and my hardwoods have been very different without her. I had the same apprehension that I'd spent a few hundred dollars on a robot vacuum, but desperate times call for desperate measures, and I've had so much success with the vacuum that I bought two. (One for each floor.) Actually, I don't think I could live without them now. So after extensive research and YouTube reviews I decided to go ahead and invest in this product. I've seen the white and it had good reviews so although the mocha color didn't have any reviews yet I felt comfortable trying it. Same product, new colour. I liked that much better than the white one. I charged it up, filled the tanks with Murphy's water and soap mixture, and then followed the directions to get it working. I pressed the auto button on the remote and went upstairs to take a nap. When I came back down my hardwoods looked like my housekeeper had been here. The water tanks were empty, they're quite small, but the mats were still wet and everything was ready downstairs. My only complaint, and why I had to give it a star, was that it was about half an inch taller than my kitchen cabinets, so wiping down the edges wasn't as good as the rest. Plus, it was well worth the money and the addition of Cleaning robots will make my life a lot easier until things get back to normal. if that day ever comes
