Poor Quality - Not for long

The product was good while it lasted but poorly finished. I mainly used it to chop garlic. I've only had it 3 or 4 months and haven't used it that much. I noticed that after several uses, the cable started to snap. It finally broke completely when the cable broke from use. You will see in the photos where the cable even cut into the lid (too much friction on the plastic) and the cable snapped and is no longer connected to the lid. I know there are a lot of good reviews on this, but think twice before you buy.
