excellent matte white eye shadow at a good price
excellent matte white eye shadow at a good price. It's so hard to find a white with no shimmer, but I finally did it. Good pigmentation, easy to blend. a bit chalky but what can you expect from a matte eyeshadow. I like to use it (sparingly) as a highlight on my browbones, cheekbones and inner corners of my eyes. Since I'm fairly pale, the only thing that isn't too dark for my highlighter is pure white.
