Didn't like it - thought the mounting hardware/design was not good

Sent it back for credit. The mounting hardware and design is flimsy and cheap in my opinion. They make me eat the shipping on the way back and I didn't feel I could argue since I'd thrown away the packaging after I installed it. Return shipping was about $80 so that is what it cost me to find out I didn't like it.
