Great for hard cookie dough
These are some of the strongest spoons I've come across. I've had a lot of balls and they always break under pressure, but they've stood the test of time and my tough cookie dough. I am in love with her. Bonus: I still have them and they work really well after years of abuse. I would love to find a large size from this brand for scooping hard ice.
