Cheaply made - bad stitching, loose design
Positive: looks very cheap. Above. Also due to the way the hole is made, even when closed it is still open on the sides which means dust will get in and collect there. If it was really fully closed and stitched at least twice, you could pop the camera in and toss it in a backpack without worrying about scratches and dust.
