My problem is with the product not the seller! I also had a problem with the wrong belt size. . I also checked the part number, style and model of the vacuum and everything was correct and matched the label on the plastic bag they came in. However, they weren't tight enough to move the striker bar. We figured we could do something with the vacuum when changing the belt and took it to a local repair shop to have it checked out. After checking, the mechanic put on a real Eureka "R" belt and "wow!" there was no competition. He strongly resisted the pole, and she continued to work like a master. This belt cost me about the same as two here, but it was worth it. Write it off as lessons learned.
