I love everything about this laptop except part of the "upgrade" from Computer Upgrade King. The RAM was decent, but they put in a 2TB Adata Swordfish SSD and its performance is notoriously terrible. I have no idea why they chose such a low-end drive as the primary drive for a laptop of this power, but they did. It would actually be a nice addition as a second disc, but they should list exactly what disc they're putting in as an 'upgrade' rather than a generic product description entry so people know and can plan accordingly. If you are considering buying a system for them I can say they are responsive and the system is certainly stable but you must ask exactly what parts are included in the machine.
