Five stars for accuracy, functionality and other technical aspects. It can be a regular pen (I don't want to name the name) or a pen with a vinyl/plastic sleeve. The shell peels off like a snake or an anthropoid peels off its skin. I don't know if new film is starting to grow but my son and I have been patiently waiting to find new black film. Nothing so far. Will I buy again? Good question, because it was the pen with the highest ratings. I average 3 ratings (5+1+4 = 10) and divide by 3 to get my overall rating. I think Dell should stop spoofing the identity of the generic pen with a wrapper. I suggest writing "Dell" on it instead of some silly packaging. Not sure I recommend it - it works well so it's a good product. But we didn't like the peeling process, which lasted for a long, painful time of several months. Maybe you should clean it up right away and be done with it.
