I have chronic back problems and use a thermal lumbar massage pillow almost every morning to help my circulation and muscles relax. I've gone through about 4 others that are in the $30 range, but each only lasted about 3 months. So I paid for it. So far so good after a month. I see no early signs of tissue breakdown and none of the heater buttons have failed. The functionality is also very good, the pillow sits very low on the back and can be raised. Month 7 - The massage cushion is still rocking. I haven't had a last one in so long.
