The size of this product is enormous for a runner. I'm 6ft 1in, 200lbs, average build so bought the big one. I was hoping for a snug fit so I wouldn't have to worry about a vest and just focus on running. As you can see from the photo, this vest runs large. When I walk in this vest I feel like I'm swimming in it. You can see in a photo that I can put my hand between the vest and the vest and the belt is almost fully tightened. - Due to this size issue, the vest will bounce when running. This means that the hole in the neck of this vest is so big that the vest slides forward or backward when you run. I've tried tightening the belt so that it's pressed tightly against me, but when I do that the vest folds on its own and still slides sideways, forward, or back. backwards is best (just so the cars can see me) but the jump vest caused the clip to come loose and fall off. The color is bright and the reflective strips work very well. l. It's just a shame they didn't have a medium, or maybe even a little one. I'm not sure how they measure their sizes so be careful when ordering this vest.
