I bought what GE described as a filter for my microwave, got it and it's NOTHING like what I had. Using my best eyes and a microscope I was able to work out the model number of the filter in place and this led me to the following... LG Filter... for GE Microwave Oven Model JVM7195SK5SST two screws, slide the cover to the left and it pops out. Filter HERE! Pull out the old ones, put in the new ones. Slide the cover back on, tighten both screws, done. Less than 2 minutes. The price is high, but it's a durable plastic frame.
