An adult should have more.
This is a fantastic gaming chair for a child, maybe a teenager. Definitely not for ADULTS. It's very well made, sounds good and is easy to assemble, but it's tiny. I'm 5'8" and the back of the chair only goes halfway down my shoulders, but other than that it's very comfortable for a child.
