This is by far the weight lifting belt I have used! It is very comfortable, but again I love all of Gymreaper product.The only think I would say is that if you are 36 waist get a large, I took a risk and got the mediums because it said between 32-40, it still fit but very snug, but I don’t mind bc I do feel very secure, and with the material it very comfortable so I just leave it on because it doesn’t bother me.
