No joy in buying the product, it's not good.
The sound in the right earpiece gradually stopped playing, however it would come back when the plug was placed in a particular orientation. It is most likely that the contact was broken in the wire. Around one dollar is typically spent in a service center on diagnostics. It is more convenient to get brand new ones.
