Paw Partner - Great for managing your customers

I think it's good that we can now upload pictures easily using this system so our clients know what they are signing up into when purchasing services as well how far along in pregnancy or after giving birth someone has come out etc..
It helps us keep track if there were updates since last time but sometimes things get lost because its hard working at an outside office which i don't always go back too often due weather conditions ect... We really like all aspects about paw partner however do wish each member could be given access via phone number rather than email address.

Pros

The ease to use interface
Ease for members who need more assistance with their work load compared those just needing basic information needed
Allows staff easier ways o make changes instead going through paperwork manually is much faster & efficient way.
Helpful customer support team, very helpful! They have been extremely proactive& responsive everytime my colleagues call them
