Great workout, but you don't get get a full range of motion.
I'm happy. My arms are sore; these bands provide effective resistance. This is a good workout for the price and it's ideal for travel. The bar is very easy on your hands.Curls seem like they might not work well for anyone under 6 feet tall. The bands and straps are pretty long even at the shortest setting.If you want a full range of motion for each exercise, look elsewhere. I'm not a pro athlete or a serious lifter so, for me (a middle-aged beer drinker who wants to add some muscle) this is great.
