I've used stove tops for years but have never used an oven pan. Why have I waited? Rschunimagu. This pan is almost too slippery. As you move the pan, the items will slide around. One has to move almost slowly in order not to scatter or shift objects on the sheet. I put it cold in a 425 oven and it didn't warp in the slightest. Cooks well. Be careful when you put it on the counter, it will slide. Everything is slippery except for the silicone grips. I burned my food by then, whoops, I thought it was over. No, the food fell off immediately. Literally fell off. Melted and burnt cheese will not stick. i love this thing
