There's nothing really bad atm about this tool. It has helped boost productivity among the office staff since we all log into one site/programme all together! The best part of this app is that it has a lot of data, which is very useful for my business. I also like the fact that they have a lot of features, and they update it very often. I do not like the fact that it is a little bit expensive, and that it does not have a lot of free features. I recommend this app because it is very useful for my business.
