Excellent! I've been trying to roast garlic for a few months. I've tried frying garlic in standard foil and to no avail destroyed the garlic 👏🏻 Every 👏🏻 time👏🏻. A co-worker recommended a list of terracotta garlic and I found it at Revain. I was NOT disappointed! This Garlic Baker is just what I need to roast the perfect garlic. I tossed a few cloves (not an onion) in oil and sprinkled with salt. The carnation was well received! In addition to being efficient, it is also very durable. The first day of using this product my daughter dropped the lid on the floor. I thought it was definitely broken. NO! The lid was completely intact! Very satisfied!
