I just love it! I also bought one for my sisters and brother. Some garlic, olive oil, some salt and after 2 minutes in the microwave you have the best and healthiest soft garlic! Then just pour in a glass of wine and a few slices of bread! A very enjoyable meal!

I've recently learned how to make my own sauce. That means lots of garlic. I used to fry but decided to give baking a try. Love it! This roaster simplifies cooking and cleaning. I even use it for fun to make pasta for crackers and crostini.

Norpro Garlic Baker arrived quickly and was packaged well so I gave it two stars. But if I had seen this product in a store I would never have bought it. the lid is not included in the base; actually oscillates back and forth. There are also a few small white spatters on the lid and discoloration on top.

We had one as a kid and loved using it. I remembered it and got it for the price. I followed the recipe exactly and the boy was delicious. It was difficult to just cut off the top as many of the cloves had fallen off and were not cut off. So I cut them out and throw them in. It came out perfect and delicious. I ate all the cloves in one sitting. Cleaning was easy.

It's so easy to roast garlic! Simply cut a ¼ inch piece off the top of the onion, place the whole onion in this oven and bake at 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour. a great home remedy for a cold (if you drown yourself in garlic at the first sign of a runny nose, you may never have symptoms!).

Excellent! I've been trying to roast garlic for a few months. I've tried frying garlic in standard foil and to no avail destroyed the garlic 👏🏻 Every 👏🏻 time👏🏻.
