Review on Zavor Quart Programmable Electric Multi Cooker Kitchen & Dining by Donald Manipole

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was very skeptical! MY GOD! That's great!

You know I was very skeptical about this whole multi cooker. I read all these reviews and thought these people really don't know how to cook! My first thought was that fast doesn't mean so good. I am interested in the taste, appearance and quality of food. What changed my mind were the American Test Kitchen reviews. Okay I figured it's not as good as a skillet or a great slow cooker but if it were satisfactory it would be perfect for our RV where space is limited. First I bought 8 sqm. My mother cooked in the pressure cooker for years, an overflowing pot is useless. I wanted to be able to earn enough to last a day or two. After reading all the reviews I decided to trust Test Kitchen over Zavor Breville. I gave myself enough time to get used to the pot before we went on a long bus ride, so I brought the pot inside. and started using it. Plain old white rice to start, it was ok, not as fluffy as I would like, but I think if I reduced the amount of water and a little bit of time, the taste would be better. Then I tried frozen green beans from my garden. I put in some bacon grease, bacon bits, and 2 quarts of thawed green beans. MY GOD! You were amazing! Set up in a snap and they were all light green, cooked to perfection and very flavorful. Much better than my skillet! So I was hooked and cooking great before and after the Zavor Multicooker! I highly recommend it. Don't buy cheaper pots, I think Test Kitchen was right!
