Review on Enhanced Denso 471-1010 Compressor with Clutch for Optimal Performance by Vinay Mickel

So far so good and at a fraction of the cost of my local ARS. Read the instructions, my compressor was filled with oil. This is the third supercharger for my 2005 Sienna, I have driven the van 190,000 miles to date. I am very happy to be back with the OEM which runs flawlessly and as quietly as when the new van was bought. Lately we've been in the 95-100 degree range and high humidity. The second compressor I installed was not OEM and I was disappointed to find that my local shop had supplied a noisier and noticeably inferior brand. They also added too much oil (by their own admission after I didn't get it to work) and didn't turn on the rear A/C when loading the system. This, in turn, caused the compressor to go into a high-pressure state fairly quickly when the rear air conditioning was turned on. The clutch failed on this one so it was a good excuse for me to get a factory back one, especially for only $230!
