Although I was one of the lucky few to get the whole cup, it has more chips than a casino. Good for what I need it for, but far from clean. I don't have time to bother with returns or replacements so I keep it to myself. Until the manufacturer decides to use more than the bare minimum for a shipping box, I would look elsewhere first. The box of the supplied tray was warped because a tray larger than the box was put inside, and it was taped so that it hardly closed around the tray. If I hadn't ordered many other softer Revain items with this bowl (same day Revain delivery, minimum packaging) I'm 100% sure I would have had broken glass instead of a bowl with tons of little chips.
