encountered technical difficulties
Stylish design and easy setup. However, I encountered a few problems that I couldn't ignore. The laptop randomly encountered problems and restarted without specifying what the "problems" were. There have also been instances where the audio would cut out and the screen lag when I was watching a video. All in all it's a decent laptop, but it shouldn't be such a problem considering I've only been using the laptop for about a week.
