I like it. It's not so big that you can take it everywhere and the brand speaks for itself. There is a touchscreen, which is a plus for me.

I am thrilled that this is a real laptop and not a Chromebook, it was easy to install and I love it, thanks for a great product

Stylish design and easy setup. However, I encountered a few problems that I couldn't ignore. The laptop randomly encountered problems and restarted without specifying what the "problems" were. There have also been instances where the audio would cut out and the screen lag when I was watching a video. All in all it's a decent laptop, but it shouldn't be such a problem considering I've only been using the laptop for about a week.

I was so disappointed with this laptop. The laptop broke within a week of use. First, when the laptop was activated, Microsoft 365 was not preinstalled. I give it two stars because the seller was willing to provide an activation code after I downloaded Microsoft Office. But when I used the laptop, it started shutting down from time to time, which is frustrating when you use it for online courses. Later, problems with the camera and keyboard began, a blue screen appeared. I am very disappointed…
