Such a disappointment!
I was so disappointed with this laptop. The laptop broke within a week of use. First, when the laptop was activated, Microsoft 365 was not preinstalled. I give it two stars because the seller was willing to provide an activation code after I downloaded Microsoft Office. But when I used the laptop, it started shutting down from time to time, which is frustrating when you use it for online courses. Later, problems with the camera and keyboard began, a blue screen appeared. I am very disappointed in this product as I bought it as 'new'.
