I was really hoping that these wipes would come in handy as a replacement for the Clorox/Lysol wipes. However, I simply cannot outweigh the negative aspects of this product. It just lacks something to be a serious competitor. I had high hopes as it was a natural product but it just wasn't for me. My biggest complaint is that it's too soapy, especially on stainless steel appliances, glass cooktops, and keyboards. It leaves a noticeable residue, especially on stainless steel equipment, which needs to be cleaned several times before the residue is no longer visible. The countertops are ok but I don't like the fact that they have to be washed after use as it left my soap residue. Since other reviewers have stated that their wipes were dry, I haven't decided if that was the case with the one container I opened. I received the containers individually wrapped in plastic bags and then placed them in another plastic bag. Thank you for the packaging but none of the containers leaked in transit. One container I opened had a plastic seal on top under the lid. The smell is pleasant and unobtrusive, which I like. Napkins are made of high quality material. Personally, I just don't like them. If they had a money back guarantee I would definitely come back. However, since I opened a container, returning it isn't an option, so I need to find some use or junk for them.
