Factual's attribution model is very flexible and allows you to customize it for your unique needs. They have a lot of great people working there who are always willing to help. I've used Factual twice now and each time has been an excellent experience. The team at Factual is committed to customer success and have helped us solve some tough issues we had with our previous provider. We were able to find a provider who was willing to work with us on some very specific customizations we needed. Their support is outstanding too. We're trying to dig into the true value of social media advertising vs paid search ads. With Factual, we've seen good results in terms of conversions but we'd like to be able to tie those back to social media campaigns as well.
