Amazing company; phenomenal product!

Factual's attribution model is very flexible and allows you to customize it for your unique needs. They have a lot of great people working there who are always willing to help. I've used Factual twice now and each time has been an excellent experience. The team at Factual is committed to customer success and have helped us solve some tough issues we had with our previous provider. We were able to find a provider who was willing to work with us on some very specific customizations we needed…

Pros
  • Flexibility
  • Committed Customer Success Team
  • Great Support from PMs & Product Managers!Always quick responses/fixes.
  • Very reasonable pricing models that don't sacrifice quality or service levels (unlike many OSMPs)
Cons
  • Sometimes struggles when integrating multiple channels.
  • A bit tricky if not technical savvy user
