I guess unless your posture is so bad that it causes you pain and you need a waist trainer for correction. If anything you may feel pain in core/sides from wearing for extended period of time which is not recommended anyways. Helps improve posture after repeated use (notice support just from wearing for an hour).Great for creating slimmer shape under fitted clothes/dresses. Recommended to wear cami/tank top under waist trainer to protect skin. Also can wear another thin layer over trainer because sometimes the clasps in front will create a raised ridge down center of belly where it is positioned. If you wear the trainer repeatedly you may notice a more toned core. Kind of feels like you're doing a plank or crunches the whole time you're wearing it haha. Eventually you may need to clasp the trainer to be tighter and this is a good sign!Overall I have enjoyed using this product and would recommend the Kimikal brand over any other!
