These plugs will work, but you have to use really short plugs and screw the plugs in properly. The flanges are thin and will bend and warp. Apply anti-seize compound to all screws. They also need to be sanded and painted or just let the paint burn off, then remove, clean with defective parts cleaner and then paint with 2000 degree high temperature manifold paint to prevent rust. and for those who don't know, you have to remove the tie rod and stick it through the manifold and massage the firewall on the passenger side.
