Better than other Amazon offerings for the price (because of the door that opens from below) but it still doesn't look like real stone. It's shiny black plastic with brown spots. I've never found one that looks like a real stone, so I didn't expect that to happen. I painted mine with a flat gray primer and then sprayed it with white and black to make it look more realistic. Note that most aerosol cans will spray paint by pulling the nozzle back while applying light pressure (experiment first). I covered it with mud and then varnished it. The photo shows that it now looks like dirty granite. The bottom hole is much better than other types. It does its job well, especially when rubbed with dirt and varnished.
