Very disappointed with the product received. Descriptions and photos refer to tilt and swivel. That's not the case. In fact, you need to adjust the mount to the desired angle. If you need to adjust the pan or tilt, you literally have to pull out the ladder, remove the TV, remove the product from the ceiling and turn it to the mounting side facing the ceiling to get to the screws, and then use tools Set fresh install with all initial setup steps. Why place the screw heads on top where access is only possible by removal? If you "fold" the mount, the latch isn't particularly secure either. Also try to find a 36 inch or 37 inch TV. They're not very common, which means you're limited to 32-inches on modern TVs. A non-adjustable 32-inch ceiling TV works in small rooms with one or two people, but for the whole family or a small gathering in a large room, the limitation is ridiculous. I was planning to use this under a covered patio where the seating will be casually moved. The lack of a quick-access hinge is a handicap for this product when literally dozens of other products do, allowing for the use of larger TVs.
