Let's start with customer service? Shortly after I placed my order, I received an email from the company telling me what to expect with the shipping and product. Packaging: When I received the package, it was very well packed in the outer packaging. The kit included an instruction manual, temperature chart and THANK YOU! They even provided Velcro to attach the device. I don't need velcro because it has a very good magnet inside the case so I have it on my fridge where I can find it. Then I got another email asking if everything was ok. i feel so special Ouch. The thermometer works great. I love how all those grilling "experts" on YouTube are spending tons of money on other specialty thermometers. Ha, this is so much better and the customer service is outstanding! Don't be fooled, get this one!
