This is the most used device in our house. He has never let us down until now and has helped us on various occasions to prepare many dishes. It's the perfect companion for Indian cooking and you can easily grind all types of dough (for South Indian dishes). When we bought this we were skeptical that it would help us prepare the dough properly, but we were amazed to see the consistency of the resulting dough. It is well used for making various pastes (or chutneys) and also helps us to use it as a blender. All in all it would be a nice addition to any kitchen and a treat for Indian cooking.
