Review on 🎧 Jabra Engage 65: Experience Enhanced Wireless Performance with the Advanced Noise-Cancelling Mono Headset by Antonio Cummings

I've been using this Jabra Engage 65 Mono for 6 months, taking daily calls and doing web presentations with it. Just recently, I was listening to a web meeting recording and found that the quality of the microphone in this headset is terrible. The sound is muffled and distorted. I connected it to my MacBook Pro with around 75% gain and tried all possible combinations of settings in the Jabra Direct software but still didn't get a clearer microphone sound. Really disappointing. My Plantronics Savi W745 was the same but the sound quality is slightly better. The speaker on the headset is great and I can hear everyone very clearly. In addition, it is very handy, can be docked very easily and the battery lasts all day. It would be the perfect headset if only it had a better microphone. Shame. Would not recommend this product.
