Not sticky in my review
I am completely satisfied with this set of polishes. I like that the top coat is not sticky after curing. I have not used the matte finish because I prefer the shiny look at this time. Both the shiny top coat and the base coat are a good consistency and go on easily.The three bottles arrived in a small box and were carefully packed so they were not damaged when they arrived.
