This combination is very easy to use. No more peeling and chopping garlic. Roll the cloves in a rubber cylinder to remove the skin. Cut off the ends of the cloves. Place the clove in the press. Squeeze it and it oozes out of the holes. Then use a brush to remove excess material from the outside. When you open the press there will be debris inside that needs to be removed and disposed of. The brush also cleans the press before you put it in the dishwasher. Do not wash brushes and rubber tools in the dishwasher. I use garlic a lot and it's my new favorite tool in my culinary arsenal!
