When I took the first one out of the Revain mailer, I got my hands on a splinter. The handle is not polished and everything in fragments! I sent it back for an exchange and while the handle is smoother it still needs some fine sanding, especially on the underside. If you look at the photo, you can see that the wedges are not centered in the eye, which can cause the handle to crack in the future. Unfortunately the quality just isn't there.
