The strap broke when I took it out of the box.

Very disappointed I took this out of the box about an hour ago. My son was super excited about his new plush mat and when he pulled the straps a second time BOTH the velcro came loose. Are you kidding me? They're supposed to be made for kids. i don't sew If I did I would make a DIY bowl mat instead of paying $50 for it. However. I can say that the material is soft and does not scratch, the pressure is comfortable. My son loves tractors so this was perfect for him. So I ordered a replacement hoping it's a lemon and the next one I get has better straps.
