Yes, the taste isn't amazing, but that's okay. And here's why: It's almost pure casein protein. Is it possible to buy a tastier casein? Of course. You should? no Other brands fill their casein with junk so it mixes well and gives it a candy flavor. Overcome it and do what is right for your body and get it instead. I've been using it for 2 years and while I haven't grown fond of the taste, I've learned to live with the quality I get with it. If you really want more pure casein, buy the unflavored version. Be careful. It doesn't taste like the regular junk protein candy you're used to, but it has better bioavailability and is better for your body.
