There is so much junk in this laptop that it is extremely difficult to use. It has so many HP-only features that it's difficult or impossible to sync with my other devices. I have an HP printer which must be a long lost relative of this laptop because it took 4 hours of dialogue between the two before my printer started printing the pages I needed. Also, I have been using regular ink cartridges for more than 5 years that I have had this printer. When I connected to the printer from my laptop, it tried to prevent printing because I wasn't using HP ink cartridges and tried to enroll me in HP ink auto-shipment. I can't download certain apps due to something called an S switch. who just want you to download apps from their app store. And if you turn off the S switch, you can't turn it back on and your laptop may not work properly. I also felt that I was giving away too much personal information by subscribing to everything that was required to run the laptop. I sincerely regret purchasing this laptop.
