I bought this for my baby who is almost 9 months old to use when he is a bit older. It was smaller than I expected so I'd say it's probably not for older kids. Definitely not up to 3 years as the description says, but from 9-10 months to a year and a half. I put it together fairly easily, but the front wheels don't seem to turn as easily as the rear wheels, but as my son gets older and has more control over the front wheels, he will be able to maneuver better. All in all a good buy for my almost 9 month old baby to grow into while growing out of a walker. I put it on him and he started kicking off with his feet so he quickly grabbed it. He just can't be alone yet.
