I like how easy it was in order make changes or add new questions without having someone else do so (which would have been costly). It's not always accurate - sometimes there will be an answer choice you know isn't right but still gets scored as correct because of some other question being wrong/incorrectly answered by another employee who has different experience levels etc.. So this can lead into confusion if more employees get their own copies with incorrect answers instead just getting corrected through HR when needed which could take time away from something important! We use Divine inventory at work since we're looking specifically towards our sales positions where most people don' t really care about what they've done before unless its relevant now due too lack knowledge transferability issues within teams / departments.
