Adequate but not great

The first one I bought stopped working and I had to replace it. The second holds. The night vision function is sufficient, but not perfect. Although it claims to be for the Navy, the bracket and screws are prone to rusting. I've covered them with a thin layer of clear silicone sealant and they seem to be holding.
