Best for one reason alone

See those little grooves on each side of this wedge pillow? They make this wedge pillow the only one worth even looking at. Why? Because they prevent your foot from slipping. And that's very important. especially when you sleep. I've had several knee surgeries and recently a couple of foot surgeries. I've tried using pillows but it's not very good. And my leg slipped and I fell on the convalescent leg - it hurt terribly. All I'm saying is buy this wedge pillow.
